Meet our skilled, educated, informed and just plain awesome team.

Christopher is President of Greening Homes, a LEED® Accredited Professional (Canada Green Building Council) and a graduate of the Sustainable Building Design and Construction program at Fleming College. From April-August 2007, Chris was a member of the team that built RD Lawrence Place in Minden, Ontario. Realizing the need to make a difference in an often incredibly wasteful and unhealthy industry, Chris formed Greening Homes in 2007.

Chris has completed sustainable and healthy building related training in Green Roof Design and Green Roof Infrastructure (Green Roofs for Healthy Cities), Home Defect Recognition and Reporting (Ontario Association of Home Inspectors), Mould Recognition, Assessment and Control (Golder Associates), and Mould Assessment and Remediation (CMHC).

Chris is currently completing his Building Biology Environmental Consultant (BBEC) certification at the International Institute for Bau-Biologie and Ecology and his Masters Degree in Building Science at Ryerson University, in Toronto.

Christopher is a sought-after lecturer who speaks regularly on a variety of green building-related topics and has guest lectured at the University of Toronto’s School of Architecture, Ryerson University, Sir Sanford Fleming College, the Living City Campus at Kortright (Toronto and Region Conservation Authority), and for a number of private companies and associations.
