2020 was a tough year for Endeavour. We had to cancel all of our programing, including our workshops and full time programs. For an organization dedicated to hands-on training, it has been hard to be completely hands-off.
We are currently renovating our shop/classroom space for better ventilation and physical distancing for students.
Our Builders for Climate Action project took shape with the development of the BEAM (Building Emissions Accounting for Materials) calculator and several study projects for different levels of government to promote low-carbon and carbon-storing construction.
We continue to stay up-to-date with the latest federal, provincial and regional policies regarding Covid-19 and will ensure that our return to teaching is done in the safest possible way.
We are really looking forward to getting back to hands-on teaching in 2021! Till then, stay connected and stay safe!
2021 Workshop Schedule – Due to uncertainties about the progress of the pandemic, we have decided not to schedule any workshops until June, 2021. Please check back this spring to see our workshop list, or subscribe to our newsletter to receive notice when the schedule is posted.
Cancellation Policy – We will institute new cancellation policies once our programing returns to ensure that full refunds are available for any workshops that are cancelled due to Covid-19. We want all our participants to feel confident to register without concern about losing your payment if a workshop is cancelled.
Online Courses – We will be launching our first online course very soon, the much-anticipated Hempcrete Construction Master Class. Subscribe to our newsletter if you want to be notified when this course becomes available. We will develop more online courses throughout 2021.
