The House 2012 BCIN course prepares you to challenge the provincial examination for designers and building officials.

Our program is based on the new, updated OBOA (Ontario Building Official’s Association) curriculum training and delivered by Jeff Chalmers, former CBO for Peterborough and an acknowledged code expert and teacher.

At the end of the course, you will be prepared to challenge the examinations for each course, which are held regularly at sites across Ontario. See the Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing web site for exam locations and dates.
