Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your participation in a workshop:

  • If you let us know about your cancellation at least 2 weeks in advance, we will refund your registration fee less an administration fee of 15% of the tuition fee.
  • If you let us know about your cancellation less than 2 weeks in advance, we cannot provide a refund or a credit. As we are committed to keeping our class sizes very small, once we have made arrangements with instructors and arranged for food, materials and resources, we simply cannot afford to offer refunds for short term cancellations. However, you can transfer your registration to another student to take your place.
  • If you do not contact us in advance and do not show up for any reason, we cannot provide a refund or a credit.

If you need to cancel your participation in a Program (Sustainable New Construction, Sustainable Renovations, Natural Building Intensive, Construction Skills for Women):

  • The deposit fee for all Endeavour programs is non-refundable
  • Cancellations 4 weeks prior to the start date of the program will be refunded in full minus a $500 processing fee
  • Refunds will not be issued after commencement of all programs
