Cancellation Policy

Endeavour is a small school dedicated to giving each student personal attention. Our commitment to taking care of people who learn with us extends to handling issues around cancellations and refunds for our programs.

If you need to cancel your participation in a workshop for any reason:

  • If you let us know about your cancellation at least 2 weeks in advance, we will refund your registration fee less an administration fee of 10% of the tuition fee. Alternatively, we can apply the full amount of your registration fee as a credit toward any workshop within the following year. You can also transfer your registration to another student to take your place.
  • If you let us know about your cancellation less than 2 weeks in advance, we cannot provide a refund or a credit. As we are committed to keeping our class sizes very small, once we have made arrangements with instructors and arranged for food, materials and resources, we simply cannot afford to offer refunds for short term cancellations. However, you can transfer your registration to another student to take your place.
  • If you do not contact us in advance and do not show up for any reason, we cannot provide a refund or a credit.

Endeavour strives to maintain strong relationships with our students, and we are open to discussing issues on a case-by-case basis, so please contact us if you have any issues regarding cancellations.

Refund policies for full-time programs will be communicated on the Fee Schedule sheet sent to each full time student upon acceptance into the program.
